This notice describes the version 2 Gospel Ambition website and the services it links to or embeds.

Contact and email updates

The contact and signup forms on this website ask for your name and email address, and depending on the form may also ask for a phone number, postal address, organization, communication preferences, skills, giving interests, and a message. What you send is stored in Gospel Ambition’s contact system, run on Disciple.Tools at contact.gospelambition.org, and is used to respond to your request and, if you choose, to send the news and updates you selected. Every email update includes an unsubscribe link.

Forms are protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser before a submission is accepted. Turnstile may use technical information about your browser and connection for that check, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Giving and embedded services

Online giving is handled by Axia International. Payment details are entered in Axia’s form rather than a form maintained by this website. Other resource pages may embed external ministry services.

When an embedded service loads, your browser connects to its provider. That provider can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page requested. Its own privacy practices apply.

Activity map

The activity map shows where Gospel Ambition tools and trainings have been used recently. The data comes from Statinator, Gospel Ambition’s own activity service, and reaches this website through its own server. It contains counts and approximate locations only; exact locations and times are obfuscated before the data is published, and no personal information is included.

Website chat

The chat assistant connects to Gospel Ambition’s existing Chatwoot service at chatwoot.disciple.tools. Messages and contact details you choose to provide are sent to that service to handle your inquiry. The widget may use cookies or browser storage to keep your chat session connected. Loading it also connects your browser to the chat provider. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or ministry information in chat. Site delivery and analytics

Cloudflare delivers this website and processes requests needed to serve its pages and protect the service. This website measures page views with Statinator, an analytics service Gospel Ambition runs itself. It records the page visited, the referring page, your browser and screen size, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and how long a page stayed open. It stores a random visitor identifier in your browser, in a cookie shared across gospelambition.org and in local storage, so repeat visits can be counted. It does not record your name, email address, or anything you type into a form, and the data is not shared with advertising networks.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form, use the unsubscribe option in email updates, block or clear cookies and site data in your browser, or contact us about your information. Please email info@gospelambition.org with privacy questions or requests.
